Time To Make A Change. (by VampDoll)

First week weight loss is 6 lbs
I thought I'd of lost a little bit more on my start week because I've been really strict, but I'm so not complaining. I'm happy :D
However my sleep problems seem to be coming back and I've not had a good rested nights sleep in ages. I'm increasing my exercise a bit more next week, so I'm gradually building my fitness and stamina up again.
So apart from being completely shattered and needing to sleep(like now) all in all good first week. 6lbs off!!! Bring on this week :)

@VampDoll: keep these up i like this its like a diary or blog lol and good job i got real fat one year 263 pounds and i stayed motivated and lost it i know weigh 184 and im 6'2 not bad but i wanna lose a lil bit more then build up muscle
