They try to message each other & they can`t their messages will not go through they did not dump each other their dump boxes r empty can u help them

Did they try to chat using the chat request also? Or is it not working either? Just a suggestion.

I don't understand, you said you logged into his account and you can see all the messages you sent him, but he can't? If he had accidentally dumped you, then you wouldn't have been able to see your messages when you logged into his account.
