Daily Hair Washing - Good or Bad ? (by Rainbowbutterfly)

If you use a lot of hair spray and other chemicals in your hair then you should use shampoo and conditioner. But if you don't then just shampoo. It really depends on hair type. I have to use just shampoo if i don't put hair spray in my hair. Constantly washing my hair with both makes it greasy and oily.

Hey Sissy, I did a year of barber school and then went into that profession for about 7 years, when I was younger, washing your hair every day is fine as long as your using a good shampoo & conditioner.

That's my problem Tony because I don't know what shampoo is really good for me .. I've a sensitive scalp so I am very careful in choosing shampoo or else I'll end up either hair falling or dandruff or both :( .

My anut and grandma were beauticians. You shouldnt was your hair every day. Because you wash the natural oils that protect it from the sun. And switch you shampoo and conditioneer every three months. Shampoos and conditioners can leave a build up of protein on the hair.
