I suffer badly from arthritis and its spreading 2 all my bones. Its in my back it started its fusing my spine together. I have alot of needles but nothing takes the real bad pain away. I still work full time in a manual job. I do alot of walking 2 keep everything mobilise but some days I cant walk at all, I lose all my mobilisation and that's when I see my good friend my wheelchair. Can anyone out there suggests anything 2 me 2 try. I'm sick of taking the harsh drugs which i'm getting addicted 2 and I dont want 2. Please help me

I also have arthritis developed it after i had limes desease and they didnt discover it for over a year cant take any of the harsh meds either ! Sometimes it gets worth with what i eat or drink i wish i had a cure or a suggestion for u but iam in the same boat ! ;(

I'm sorry 2 hear that. I found out I had it at the age of 30 right on my birthday. I collapsed at work and was rushed 2 hospital. I was there 4 two weeks, I had that many blood tests to find out what was going on. I lost my legs just like that and could not move a muscle anywhere in me. I had alot of xrays, MRI's to find out what was going on and nothing showed up. It took a long time but one of my blood tests showed a high in my inflammation markers.

I have just started doing yoga and meditation I was told it will take my mind away from it. Thanks dusty 4 the luck and ur advice. It means alot 2 me.

Why dont you take a relaxer pill it should num the pain.just use as dericted its some powerful stuff i take it when i have back acks
