I (22f) overheard my bf (22m) say that he feels like he's missing out on his 20's by dating me

We were on a group call with two of our other friends and I said I was going to the bathroom and Id be right back, I muted myself And left the call on speaker and came back just a few minutes later. When I came back I overheard my bf talking to our friend about how he loves me, but he feels like hes missing out on his twenties by dating me. The call quickly changed back to whatever random stuff they were talking about before, and I joined the call again like I hadnt heard anything.
My bf has made this comment a few times to me throughout our relationship (dating just over a year, known each other/been friends 6 years). He has a lot of friends/coworkers his age who are single and go to parties and are always hooking up with new people, and he's expressed that he's envious, but always assures me that he still wants to be with me. But hearing it again, and knowing that its still something that he regularly thinks about, kinda hurts and now I can't stop thinking about it. I dont feel like i'm missing out on anything by dating him, but I don't want him to regret wasting his 20s dating me. Should I tell him about hearing this? Or assume everything is okay?
TLDR: overheard bf say he feels like he's missing out on his 20s dating me and I don't know how to feel about it.
