Girl [22f] I?m [24m] dating thought I was recording her during sex and freaked out. I?m confused. Don?t know how to move forward.

We?ve been dating for a month and this was the third time having sex. We were making out when she saw my camera pointing at us from a shelf and immediately exclaimed ?are you recording this?!? then sort of slapped my arms off her.
She then grabbed it to see if it was on, but it wasn?t. She absolutely freaked out on me for about a minute or two, asking if was recording this or our past encounters and saying things like ?is this happening?? or ?I can?t believe this is happening?, before realizing that, no, it actually wasn?t on and even if it was, it had the lid on anyway. I tried to reassure her and she kinda slowly melted down in my arms, crying for several minutes.
When she calmed down I asked her if something similar happened to her before. She said no, but panicked when she saw the camera. We spooned the rest of the night until she left, but she was still visibly shaken, in my opinion at least.
I don?t know what to do now? Next time we see each other, should I talk about this? Should I not until she does? If she never brings it up should I totally forget it? Should I ask her about past experiences that made her freak out like that?
I don?t want to step on her feelings but also I feel like we need to talk about this a lot more than we did. What do I do?
tl;dr: Girl I?m dating freaked the **** out because she thought I was recording our sexual encounter, then basically melted down even after realizing I wasn?t. How do we move forward with this?
