My boyfriend is buying me unreasonable numbers of gifts

Me and my boyfriend (both 25) have been together for just over two years, living together throughout the pandemic and it feels like we've been through a lot together.
It was our second anniversary last week and we had a great time. Went out to eat in the first time in what feels like forever etc. It was really nice. We talked about how it feels like we missed out on a lot of the early relationship stuff you often get buying each other little gifts going out on dates etc. Because of living together so close for so long but that it was amazing that our relationship felt so good regardless.
Over the last week my boyfriend bought me a bunch of gifts, just little cute things. The problem comes in that he said he has organised and made a list of a hundred things in what he's dubbed the 100 days of gifts. I don't really know what to say to this but I really don't want a package a day of mostly cheap trash for the next months. The thought is cute but the recycling bin is already half full of packaging and whilst a couple of thoughtful gifts are cute I can't see how a hundred gifts will all be genuine thoughtful items I will need and want in my life. It feels like a waste of money and terrible for the environment and I'm stressing out because it was a nice thing he wants to do for me and because I can't exactly tell him that I don't want his gifts without upsetting him. What do I do here? I'm not sure I can quietly get rid of or gift on things that we don't have room for and don't want without him noticing and it feels like I'm stabbing him in the heart and killing any romance to tell him to stop.
Tldr: my boyfriend is buying me a hundred tiny gifts and I don't know how to react or how to speak to him about the fact it's just an unreasonable amount
