How did your views on a traditional life change as you aged? (get married, buy a home, kids, build career etc).
Not trying to sound condescending or judgmental, as I?m sure there?s plenty of dudes who are more than content with that life, I actually envy them in a way. But I?ve found the older I get the more I find the notion of the current ?expected? path of success in life pretty ridiculous, boring and dare I say almost a waste of life in some way.
Could be my age (early 30?s), also I?ve done a lot of long term travelling overseas seeing a variety of different cultures , combined with a few failed toxic relationships and perhaps a career I?m not suited to that has shaped these views and left me a bit jaded, who knows. Anyway has your view on this changed with age?
