UPDATE:I (15F) told my brother (18M) to stop being a parent to me and he didn't take it well

So I had that sit-down with my dad and brother, it went surprisingly well. I just told them everything I felt about my brother parenting me and how my dad needs to learn that we aren't "fighting" and that its him trying to be a parent instead of a sibling. I let all the frustration I've had for my brother all out and for once he finally just listened instead of trying to scold me. I told him how I just want him to go back to how he was before mom died and to not be all responsible around me. I did thank him for what he did cause I am appreciative of it. My dad reassured him that he won't ever fall back to the hole he was in. My brother was very receptive of what he said and agreed to stop parenting me and to be more of "himself" around me. Its honestly better that way cause from the age of like 8 I never really thought I had a brother and just 2 dads. He agreed to stop and I felt a lot of frustration I had for him was broken away with a simple "I will stop".
Things have been better with my brother, he has stopped being responsible around me and frankly I love it. He jokes around with me, he teases me, he gives me advice not reprimands me. I like this version of him so much more than the other one.
Thank you all for the advice it really did help!
TL;DR:I had a sit down with my dad and brother and my brother doesn't act like a parent to me anymore and is actually a cool big brother now.
