In having depression, what does a “bad†day, week, or month look like for you and how do you improve or have less of these occurrences?

Medication helps ,but being around family and friends also. Keeping busy so you won't think about what depresses you. And laughter!! You want to be around people that are upbeat and that make you laugh. Avoid negative people!!

A bad day for me has recently turned into several bad weeks due to a loss. But I'm taking my own advice.. Lol... I talk to a few close friends also that helps.
