Megs the safest thing to do is call the sheriff's department and explain to them what you seen. That's their job to patrol the area and keep it safe

@rulost2: What can they do about a car that drove by twice (again dead end road so had to turn around) and drove slowly by? I mean weird and fishy sure, but not sure it requires a call to the police as they were just driving... albeit creepily lol
