My guess is looking for a way to do something about it would be like you or I trying to take some kind of action against all the violent crime that happens here in this country that other countries dont have nearly the same problem with.
@Hawkeye58: I thought we do. Isn't that's what 911 is for?
@James2112: Well I was actually talking about murders and im guessing it would be a bit difficult trying to dial 911 while your fingers are battling rigor mortis!! :-D
