It should be but unfortunatly the world we live in doesn't leave much time for the innocence of youth with social media and the seeming rampant increase in child predators they need all the info they can get

I was developing at that age and thinking about and learning about sex. You know what I did? I went and talked to my mom! I'm sure if sexting were a big deal in the 90s she would've told me about it. But, just like computer time, video game time, tv time, and ALL other time needs to be monitored with rules discussed and inforced, so does cell phone time. I don't have kids, but I do think at this point my 9 yr old would only have a cell phone that was for kids, that only dialed & txted me, her dad, and 911. We would discuss sexting if the issue came up with any other questions.

Some teachers take a hands on approach to sexting....google "teacher arrested for sexting students", seems theres a knew one everyday lol. In a perfect world, the parents shld teach their children about sex.....but as we have a bunch of sh!tty teachers, we also have a bunch of sh!tty parents.


9 is too young IMO.

The earlier we teach them the better. If we dont then they may learn d hard way. Kids go to school, you dont know What they learn from their mates, kids as young as 5 Use vulgar languages and curse. So Its best they get to know from their parents. There was a political guy who actually Wanted the Nigerian Government to legalize Child Marriage but Thank godness it was never approved but still in Some Countries and States Young girls as young as 8 are Still given out in marriage.
