Popcorn even dead manages to give the ATF and the Federal Government a middle finger

I never throw my cig butts on ground..even though I know they end up in landfills, I heard if everyone threw every cig butt they smoked, on the ground, we would all suffocate :( So I guess I'm saying eff you to all the people who say, why bother, it makes no difference..I still can't throw one on ground..lol
