Have his children. Then get child support. Then have him arrested for threatening your life. Points 2 & 3 here can be reverse order.

Child support is payable to any parent for caring for their child when the second parent is not around. Typically now it is paid by the state and reimbursed by the missing parent.
It is all state jurisdiction so you have to look at Nevada for the answer.
