Good luck sweety. Its food and water. I spent three days in icu because i was dehydrated and didnt eat right. It was two years back that this happened. That my head would spin. I would black out and still here what was going on around me. But a doctor will help solve that..

That was two years ago. Ive made sure to drink plenty of water and eat properly.
