@WalkSoftly: I guess that would have to depend on both people involved... a beautiful woman will almost always get preferential treatment from a man... but if its another woman then I dont believe it will make much differance

Uhhm heck yeah. I used to have a boss who (would never admit to it) but only hired people who met her certain "qualifications." Looks matter, whether ppl admit it or not.

Some of the most ugliest people I've met had nothing to do with their looks!! (; Inner beauty trumps all.
