Need cheering up... (by james85)
Feels like recently ive just been going through the motions, not enjoying things anymore
@james85: Hey James:) I guess the best advice I can offer you is what works for me:) I get the tears out in one sitting when I am depressed or hurt over somethin. Lol Then I just keep movin-try to make a change, and open the curtains everyday:) It works because I wont allow myself to dwell in depression, therefore things just automatically start feelin better to me..just keep tryin to find laughter and joy-it will come:)
I just went thru the samething, you gotta give yourself time, jeep your head up and know things will get better this to shall pass
@james85: Keep the Faith James, Sometimes we have to suffer the rain before we see the rainbow & always remember, "Worrying is like being on a rocking horse, Its something to do, But it'll get you no-where. Keep On, Keeping On, Things Will Get Better.
@james85: Approach everyday as an opportunity. I know it's easy for everything to become routine, but decide that you'll find joy in it until things change. :)
@james85: Hugs my Irish Brother.. You know how to get a hold of me if you wanna talk.. Always around for you Bro :-)
We all have good days and bad days highs and lows just keep in mind that tomarrow is a new day our minds refreshed try not to isolate when your feeling down open up to a friend let it out and breathe a sigh of relief ...:-))
Oh its quite hard dealing with days like these what would i do? Get yourself very busy to the point that there is no time to think about the stressing factor.
