Wow!!! Yes she over reacted big time. May even be considered child abuse to some. It IS winter, why shave a poor lil girls head, she's gonna be laughed at when at school. Emotional scars that this will cause won't go away

I understand yah its quite crappy but what if the girl doesnt ever cut her hair again and it actually does teach a lesson? Just a thought :)

@Briteeyes: no am not,he claimed he did it for religious reasons. And he didn't even get a jail term.
