Your Idea Of What the Forum Should Be (by Ram318)

Again for anyone one not surfing this wave earlier in the several other threads, the cia is the committee to intervene anywhere and they are not here to give you information so much as they are to get you in formation, and the rebel faction screams "hey teacher! Leave them kids alone", am i the only one that saw a clock work orange? Reeducation by the process of redundancy makes monsters. At this point both sides are kicking a dead horse. Live and let live or stay devided, but the typical quintin terrantino mexican standoff is overplayed!

@Ram318: ol jarhead? You marines age quickly eh? That being said, if you win is it worth the battle? Don't get me wrong now i'm a noncomformist ex convict and i get the cause. The days of people telling me what to do are over and i will not be treated as a second rate citezen. My debt to society is paid but it just ain't worth all this energy to show other people that they have crossed a line. Hundred thousand users a hundred maybe in the forums. If someone higher up don't see a problem with that then the fight is already lost. Even rats have enough sense to leave a sinking ship. I don't tell anyone what to do but think about it...

I will address my opinion to the OP.
Correct me if I am wrong. You did recognized you have that "inflated ego" which to me means "you are recognized as a member with leadership". You know entirely what is happening in the forum lately and being recognize as respected member you have the "power" to bridge the gap instead of being bias, to shake hands after a heated argument instead of slapping each other. You can also remind those who personally attack to each other that it's not supposed to be. I really looked up you as a big brother. Peace will never achieve in this forum without the peacemaker...Until when this kind of discussions end to?

@Rainbowbutterfly: It is not my right or intention to tell another what to say or do or how to act. For that matter, I do not come on here to be a role model or to set an example. I come here to be me, like it or hate it. I do not claim to know much or have all the answers, but I do know this...Peace is not obtained by forcing others to submit to your will. It is obtained by respecting others beliefs and co-existing with them. Its is my opinion, and that of many others here, that constant "policing", for lack of a better word, by a small handful of people, is detrimental to the well being of this forum. I mean u no disrespect, but Andres is the one and only person in charge here and he has not asked for help in patrolling these forums. I only ask that if anyone feels the need to "clean up" out here, they do it by direct pm with admin. I feel it would be less destructive to the welfare of the whole community.

I agree with them sissy. As of lately i have been taking my fustration out on people and including friends i have here in my town. I needed an escape and had a discussion with friends. Im not acting like myself. I got to escape today and actually relaxed. Nothing like feeling like a caged animal. Im escaping tomarrow too. Our frontier days is here all the fun stuff. But anyway they are right i realize that.

Admin admitted that he didnt read all the threads and admin never asks patrolling but asks his members to be friendly to each other . Now if those few members you'd think are wrong in policing, how would you remind them to act accordingly? Patrolling every thread they commented and attack them through writing sarcastic comments?

@Rainbowbutterfly: Once again, if someone feels the need to "clean up", instead of questioning a members motives out here, they should instead pm admin directly. I do not know how to make that any clearer. I am bending over backward to try and be polite as possible and find some common ground here. But its getting old.

I would suggest ignore them. I know its hard. Ive always been a rule follower in my 30's to now. But a friend told me tonight once in awhile braking rules leads to fun but not all the time. And when they advertise its not hurting us. Let them go to the dead pile. Or sexting for that matter thats where they go anyway. Im sorry sissy but they are right live and let live. The only thing i wont let be will be nudity just cause i like the site.

What rules are being broken? There are no rules against not having a verified pic, or against sexting, or even against making a crude and disgusting thread. Just let it go and move on to something else.On that note, I leave it to the rest of u to fight this battle. Sleep calls out loudly lol
