What do you do when things got you down?

I usually exercise when I'm down and if I done did that for the day ill listen to some music usually bands like within temptation or linkin park.

I walk... I listen to music... I rant to friends... I reflect... I write...
Once when me and my friends were really P*SSED at someone we went on a 5hr walk... a normal walk for us was at least an hour, it got us away from the problems and we would talk as we walked

@Cove1986: depends on how bad im down, sometimes beat-em ups or hack and slash games are good to release ur anger on them.

Drink....lol Honestly Ill go for a run or maybe go shooting. Used to have a heavy bag that I wud pummel...that was always fun...

Lmao I didn't even realize it had been 5hrs... I was that mad... I was walking on pure fumes of anger tbh lol

Me i play with my kids or go to the casino to play and chat with my friends. Or listen to music. Play video games.
