@Kros: Everyone is here for different reasons, even though it is a dating site. Which is why it is stated on profiles. Some are looking for a spouse, lover, partner, someone to hang out with, or just sex. Some are here for friends, just to message, or just forums. Some just like to tex. I hope I answered your question :)

I talked to someone with that. She said she has it cause foreigners will not stop proposing to her. 
@duelmasterelite: Many women have changed their profiles & restrictions, in the past month.
Some have found their partner since being here so they are not single and no longer looking but remain here for friends on forums.
