Well I think if I can get over the lies then he can get over me asking for opinions, I stated I already knew what I was gonna do. So ur right, if he values our friendship, he'll get over it and contact me just as I did him. Thanks for that reality check

Its obvious some of u people have never had a loved one locked up. I have...I know what its like...and I would hate to think my brother was locked up for a mistake and a friend wouldn't talk to him cuz he was afraid to tell her/him...yes they did wrong, no doubt...yes he lied...no doubt...but still deserves "friends"...in my opinion. I have never had a loved one locked up, but have had a loved one murdered and the man that did it locked up. Makes me sick to my stomach that my loved one can't see his children grow yet the man that shoot him 17 times with a 9mm him can come on a dating site and meet women that are gonna fawn all over him cuz he too deserves friends.

Only God judge let him live without any distubance cz he deserve second chance to repend only God can help u to heal propely

I've had a loved one murdered also...a child at that...and hate the person that did it. I turn to a higher power for that. Not my place to decide rather they live or die...but I'm told not to judge and to love my neighbor. Even the worst of people deserve friends or God wouldn't have them here. Some people aren't capable of being friends with people not like them and that's ok...but I think everyone deserves a chance, Sometimes two. But that's just me. I judge on circumstance...a rapist I wouldn't speak to cuz there's no excuse. Writing bad checks....I could get over...that's where I'm coming from.

God says not to judge and to love your neighbor...but He also says that bad association spoils good character...Some don't choose to live their life seeking out people that have obviously used bad judgement. I don't think that means they can't be friends with people not like them I think that means that they try to pay a bit more attention to protecting their good character than others do. Personally I don't feel like I have the right to judge whether someone that is a rapist is any worse than someone that wrote bad checks....how do I have the arrogance to think I cld ever know what is in there heart. If life throws people of questionable character in my path then I will use my best judgement on how to handle the association....but I am not gonna seek those people out nor am I going to feel any obligation to men breaking the law to be on an internet dating site because God said love your neighbor...To each their own though....

Lol seek them out? I'm not on a prisoner dating site am I? No one is SEEKING anything. This person was brought into my life just as all u were, from the same site in the exact same way. We can choose to communicate with the people we meet or we can not. I think I have good character cuz I'm able to look past a persons flaws...but again...that's just me. I'm not perfect...as no one else is either. Anyway, thanks for everyone's opinion.
