@Briteeyes: ok child is born. Now what is the debate from that point?

@Reinmaker56: Him and her have raised the child as parents for 3 years...then BAMM mom says u aren't his daddy ur nothing but a donor and stopped all communication, now daddy can't see the child

@Briteeyes: ok during the three years they were raising child were they married or living together?

@Reinmaker56: At first living together, then they split up and he lived a few miles down road on the same street. Came tucked him in every night and was there for breakfast every day. Just as tho they all lived together

@Briteeyes: i would think that will have something to do with the outcome. Since they did not live in same house. They were not married right?

@Reinmaker56: You don't have to live in same house to have parental rights. People have children out of wedlock everyday, unless a judge takes away rights, both parents have rights to the child. Its difficult on this guy cuz he's not on birth certificate but does have signed documents by both him and her agreeing he was going to help raise the child as a father. He just has to go to court to get it enforced

@Briteeyes: if he has signed legal documents prob. Will be required. But then again if has enough money he can buy the judge and do what he wants anyway. Think hes got plenty dont he?

@Briteeyes: That's what they are supposed to do but i am paying child support on a child born from a sperm donation

I watched a similar thing on a canadian news channel, a gay man donated to his female best friend and is now suffering because he is being forced to pay child support and he and the woman are no longer friends because if it!! so it does happen all over, not just in the u.s.!!
