funny thing is....id say this one too....also eye for an eye
Never look a gift horse in the mouth . I had no idea what that meant untill i looked it up . Apparently years ago if someone gave you a horse it would be considered rude to look in its mouth for wear and tear of its teeth and thus finding out how old the nag really is . That actually makes sense i guess :p

@TheCelt: Wow is that what it really means? I never knew that...I mean I thought similar, like not asking the price of a gift but not the story of the horse
@Briteeyes: yeah . I was the same . I thought it just meant that if someone gave you a gift well then just be gratefull for it . Kinda like your granny giving you ill fitting socks :p
