Quiting smoking.. (by lace38)
today is my quit date...i have tested a vaping device that will help i hope it works

My brother and his wife quit using the vapor filled pipes. They haven't smoked a cig in over 2 months. Good luck
I hear they work well. I have a friend that quit an went with the vapor- 3 yrs an no smokin cigs. So ild say they r good

(61 / M-F / New South Wales)i am going on champax next month ,tried patches but they did nothing but the doc said they couldnt prescribe the tabs until i had been on the patches for 6 months, good luck
