I indulged in my adventurous side and bought some alligator meat at the store and cooked it made a sandwich and boy it was really good. :)

Allgater is alright. The trick to removing some of the gamey flavor is to marinading it- over night . lightly soak in beer & favorite seasnings.

Well i grew up in the desert eating rattle snakes and other wild animals. Lol i figured on trying a new repitle meat now its on to turtle. Lol
