I'm glad to hear he's arrested but I do have to say this could have all been avoided if common internet caution had been used. First rule of the internet is don't trust anyone till u get to know them better. Second is don't give out personal info till u have known them for at least 6 months. Don't give out your address till u have met them somewhere in public. Its probably not a good idea to give out pictures of your kids to a person you have known for only a few months. If you don't use some common sense about the internet these things happen. Glad you're safe tho brite but in my opinion this should be a lesson learned for you.

Live and learn i dont put time frames on when i can trust someone or give info. I go with my gut, this guy had more info of me then anyone else yes, but he has info of many many others as Donna. Everyone makes mistakes, this isnt mine or anyone else's fault for trusting him.

@James2112: And this couldve been avoided if this prick didn't load up a truck with a shotgun and drive all the way to Tennessee to terrorize an innocent person. Its like blaming a rape victim for a rape just because she was wearing sexy clothing. Makes no sense. Its the perpetrators fault...no one elses.

I disagree to a point. The fact that she didn't use much caution made her a target. I'm sorry but that's the truth. Not saying its her fault that this happened btw so don't accuse me of that. But he wouldn't have gone after her if she had been a little more cautious. Supporting her is fine but not telling her to be more careful? I think that's being careless of a friend. In my opinion me advising her to take more time in trusting someone from the internet is helping her not hurting her. Brite I'm sorry if I've offended u by the way I've phrased all this but in my opinion if you'd been a little more cautious he would have never made a target out of you.

I didn't say it was your fault brite. But it is a lesson learned. And yes I've given out my number but not my address. Use some caution on the net or this stuff happens is all I can say. He's at fault but you could have prevented it by getting to know him better is all I'm saying. Don't get mad at me. I'm just stating an opinion. Its not your fault brite. None of this is your fault. He just happen to single you out to victimize. Nobody chooses to to be a victim. And hopefully they take all the info. From here and use it against him.
