What are you're thoughts on the new and last Batman movie,THE DARK KNIGHT RISES, coming out on July 20th? Do you think it will be good...bad...or the best one out of the Nolan trilogy??? ...Any other comment is welcome.Let's talk about it :)

I think britishblood had somerhing about it.

I for one have been a batman fan since the early 80's. And to be honest I love Nolans version of the Darknight, I think Bale is the best Batman, and Im sad to know that this is the final installment of a great concept. I think Warner Brothers is making a terrible mistake of rebooting The Batman. But this final movie looks like a hit. Weather it beats the Avengers well we will have to see.

@DrStrangeluv: I'm a VERY VERY big Batman fan as well.I have been since I was 5 years old.When I was a kid,I had all the toys,clothes,school stuff,bathtub stuff,the comics,even had the costume lol but I think Bale is a VERY good Batman,but Michael Keaton will always be my fav,just as the 1989 Batman movie will always be my fav film,but as far as this movie,The Dark Knight Rises,goes,I think it is gonna be AMAZING! and I think Bane was THE perfect villain to use for this movie.If this film is anything like the KNIGHTFALL series,we both know what's gonna happen to Batman.

My love for the cape crusader goes as far back when I was a kid. Then I grew into the comic scene. I was there when the darknight returned appeared causing a major change for his look. I was there during year one. I witnessed joker shooting Barbara Gordon leaving her paralysed , I tried to save Jason todds life by voting for his survival. I was there (meaning I owned them). Truth is I loved this character so much so as a kid I thought I would actually work on becoming the Darknight of this world (glad I didn't go that route..pheonix Jones anyone.) But anyway I loved the Tim burtons batman hated the rest. Love Nolans Batman hate the revamp. This movie is going to show why Dc Warner brothers messed up big time.

@DrStrangeluv: One of my all time fav Batman comics,was 1988's THE KILLING JOKE.I thought that was awesome how Joker was having flashbacks about his origin.That's where Burton got the Idea for Jack Napier(Jack Nicholson) falling into the chemicals...although He did use alot of THE DARK KNIGHT RETURNS to help with the look and feel of the film too. I loved both comics.Hard for me to pick just ONE fav.
