I'm not a machine (or am I?). I make judgement calls. Cops don't always give you a ticket, sometimes they let you off with a warning. The user in question was defended by several other users, only had issue with a single user (JLaDawn), and when I banned his other accounts and he deleted his main account, he lost his Positive Karma Score, Forum posts, and more. I felt that was punishment enough considering he had to start all over from scratch. In fact, after I banned one of his accounts, a woman privately messaged me looking for him because she could not find him, and asked me for his contact details which I did not have. I wasn't about to get in the way of a potential match over a stupid decision by a regular user with a good reputation. Had he been a new user with no history, he wouldn't have been met with any leniency, but he was a relatively active user, generally liked by other users, sincerely apologized to me for what he did, promised me he wouldn't do it again, so I was fine with giving him a second chance.

You guys don't have to agree with my decisions, but you should at least respect them.

I only wish i could keep everyone from seeing their posts (the people i dumped), in the forums i start. I am open to friendly debate, but not mean name calling, dramatic drawing out of resolved conflicts, getting into others personal buisness, and just stupid drama all together sucks, and i cannot stand.

I want talking about this incident, so the history of that incident is irrelevant to me. I'm speaking in general and if I remember correctly you and I have never had issues with me respecting your decisions. If I lacked respect for you I wouldn't be back here again! I was stating my opinion, which I have the right to do!

@Andres: You DO owe me something, you owe me the SAME accord you give all your other users. I have stated many times how appreciative I have been for the members of this site that did indeed help me thru some rough times, and have expressed and shown that appreciation to you for providing the platform that support came from many many times. In 8000 posts I have never ever called anyone names or belittled or demeaned or cyberbullied ANYONE! The one time I made a blanket statement that I was sick of the dumb*sses you dunced me. I realize that you have issues with members that were friends of mine, I don't understand those issues but that is THEM not me. If you are going to hold me responsible for others actions then that is on u not me. I believe your actions or rather lack thereof show who is a princess and needs a reality check. I have NEVER requested special treatment, only asked in public for all to read to have the same accord shown me as you would all the other members that do not have friends that you so dislike, and shame on you for saying that I have!

Maybe andres could make the dump action cover that too. When you dump someone, 1. their post are invisible to you, and yours to them on other people's posts, 2. They cannot post on your forums all together, nor you on theirs. 3. Make "spy posting" i.e.-"ohh gosh it's so n' so, i can't believe they are on here. Hey what are they saying buddy? so i can argue with, and make him angry." Or something of that nature. 4. On posts where one or the other is quoted, will not be by passable like this, but if one tries to reply directly to, or mentions the other in their post on a regular users forum, make this against the rules, and a means for immediate ban from the forums in general, because by doing this the are then breaking multiple rules at once. Don't get personal, no drama, and the what would be new rule, "no spy posting". What do you guys think? That sounds like it would be an easy alteration to the system to make, and it would make the site as a whole be alot more enjoyable. This way, there would be no fighting!!! Awesome huh? Maybe we can convince andres.

Yes, you've been an exemplary mobian. I can attest to that. I was only addressing your blanket statement that all cases should be handled the exact same way, but not every case is -- in fact -- the same even it appears so on the surface.

I agree. If you dump somebody they shouldnt be able to see or comment on anything of yours. It would cut down on alot of drama.
