First 7lbs Gone!!!! (by ReVampyDoll)
As many people do at the end of each year, one of their resolutions is too lose weight. That was one of mine, for the past few years my weight has crept up and up. So I decided new year new start. Became a vegetarian and started eating super healthy from the beginning of January. I've not done that much exercise but I have lost 7lbs. My first half a stone gone. And my mum just gave me her exercise bike, which Im going to start using tonight every day. I've also got a dog and I'll be walking her once or twice every day.
I've still got a long way to go but Im finally on the right track. Im in a good place in my life and so was able to finally have a bit of willpower to get past the first week. I usually failed before then. Then soon enough Im going to pack in smoking. I want to be really healthy and cigarettes don't go with that. Lol.
Just thought id share my story. I'll be updating this throughout my progress.
Feel free anyone to also share your own stories. Losing weight and getting fit is hard but with determination it can be achieved.

@ReVampyDoll: i have lost alot of weight...so i knw how hard it is...but it can be done...and it takes time...just be patient...you will get 2 ur goal weight... i am still not at mine yet...but i will one day :) but anyway Congrats Girl n keep at it you can do it :)

I found having my son 7 years ago really changed my body and metabolism. I used to be really slim. Had my midrift showing a lot. And even throughout my whole pregnancy I only had a bump. But as soon as he came along I could just glance at a cake and the calories would stick. Lol well exaggeration but you get me.
So a lot of hard work is too come but Im finally up to the challenge

Proud of you vamp. Also will help is eating tomatoes and brocolli also watching your portion size when you eat. Also try drinking 2 glasses of water between meals, it will curb your hunger. Anything else you want to know just ask. Good luck
@HAZE454: thats what ive done lost 100lbs n still losing :) its portions exercise lots of water n lots of will power wantin 2 do it for u
