If someone favorites you you should be able to message them regardless of the contact restrictions

It doesnt work that way. If they message you first then you can message them.

Most of the people who have favorited me are people i have never talked to or am interested in, its weird

I figure if ive got people that favorited me and havent talked to me maybe they are shy. But contact ristrctions make it hard to ask why they have favorited me. As the thread writer pointed out.

Yea i thought that was why it was there granted i know sum hit it by acc. But to me u fav them when u have never talked is like a cyber stalker
