The tears burn my eyes. I know nobody will hear my cries. This wasnt meant to become a rhyme. I just hope the wounds heal with time. Its partly my fault for falling apart. Letting you in enough to break my heart. My only comfort is the glow of the tv. But its image i only barely see. Im moving on, im over you. But im still reeling from the things you do. So ill lay my head down and say goodbye. Just in case i dont make it through the night.
