If you use to have the option, but no longer do, then that's most likely because you made too many incorrect verification votes and automatically lost your privileges.

However, it could also be because you started using a phone with a screen width smaller than 220 pixels. We only allow users with mobile phones with big screens to verify other to make sure they can properly do the verification and actually see the details in the pics.
