well ive experienced dis part and it took me around 1 and a half to 2 years to get de pain out and move on m not tryin to tell u dat its gonna take time see de lesson i learnt is dat i deserve better and wastin 2years of ma life well she wasent worth it and once i realised dat well i could move on

Ok. The truth hurts and here it is. He's your ex. You're in an LDR. You were somewhat upfront with the ex. He gave you the necessary lip service to get his foot in the door. Now, since you won't budge, he's manipulating you with suicide threats. So what you do is this. Cry til you're done. Then tell him he's history. And do what you have to, to keep it that way. His life is HIS responsibility, not yours.
