(32 / F-M / Mississippi)i can never sleep anybody know of anyway to help me sleep havent slept in more than 48 hours

try exercise relaxing tea that has only a little caffine stay away from major caffine turn off tvs take a hot bubble bath play some classical music anything with lavender or jasmine the scents help relax me.
lol the closest thing i have to tea is those snapple drinks
then maybe exercise or a hot bubble bath
