Hi, what probably would lift you up a bit is to try and enroll in school. Take some classes towards a program or work part-time, or do both. You're not saying to him that you don't need his help or him for that matter. But you wont be the loving woman you can be to him if you're feeling worthless. Do something that makes you feel competent and useful. If you cant work at all because you're caring for the children and your man, go to school. Lots of classes you can even take online. :)
