31S/92y the aftermath of war is almost worse. I went on a trip to macedonia with the chaplain and some other members of my battalion. When we almost got to our destination the chaplain passed out little keys to each of us. they were similar to keys you get with car ads. we got off the bus at a large open field. the chaplain told us it was an old mine field and instructed us to run across. we declined and were told that these were the keys to heaven the children of the town were given before having to run across the field. i still have my key in my dresser.
