Sadly my pic is verified but my phone has not. I tried to verify it 3 times then i recieved the messages with the code and immediately i type it as the instruction given but then it never works. Maybe philippines' mobile number is not allowed here. Idk. Any suggestions and will appreciate it? Tnx

1st check to see if ur plan allows international txting...and if so, pm Andres or ask this question again in the "Report a Problem" sect where he is more likely to see it.
