When I was little my mom let us play outside in the rain during the summer, as long as it wasn't thundering and lightning.
epril it not crazy at all mate, heck i love to dance in the rain heck i'm crazy stand in lighting you have be insane do some thing like that. ^__^
i love dancing and running outside specially when its raining! lol. haha. i bet thats not a crazy idea. 
hahaha! see sistah? birds of the same feathers flocks together lol. that guy pilgrimj kinda cool too sistah! hes my buddy too.
