She should double-check she is entering everything correctly. The e-mail on her account is a Yahoo e-mail (if that helps). Let me know if she still can't login.

This person was foolish to think they could get away with this, and I've banned their account as a result.

Folks, this is yet another example of why the Verification features are so important. Do not trust a user unless they have verified both their pic and their phone, and even then remain vigilant until you've gotten to know them well in person. I cannot stress this enough. For those of you who haven't done so yet, consider updating your Contact Restrictions to "With Verified Mobile Number" and "With Verified Pic".
