@WalkSoftly: yeah you wont be named no matter what in child abuse or rape cases if you are known to the victim and if naming the accused reveals the victims identity , alot of people arent happy about that but thats just they way it is in order to protect the victim , all other cases you can be named though unless the accused is under 18 and considered a child by law then they wont be named , and the data protection laws over here are pretty strict too so if i wanted to get someones criminal record up i'd have to do quite alot of digging around to get it , im not sure how to get it though tbh

Got another one....

"" Arizona Cardinals running back Jonathan
Dwyer was arrested today on domestic
violence allegations following an incident
with his wife, according to multiple
sources.
Per CBS News, Dwyer faces charges of
aggravated assault and preventing someone
from calling 911. (Update: Phoenix police
confirmed Dwyer's arrest on suspicion of
aggravated assault, with no mention of a
second charge.)
The news of Dwyer's arrest was first
reported by Tyler Baldwin, sports anchor at
3TV Phoenix.""

Now is NOT the time, NFL players, to be beating on the ol lady lol
How likely is it that NFL Commissioner, Roger Goodell, will step down now ?
Please tell me, that Dwyer is NOT on NIKE's payroll like the other two.? I read their blanket statements they released like form letters to the press. They make mega bucks off these guys... And I'm sure. they are just waiting to see how much outcry & backlash they have to deal with. And I'm sure, with their slogan brand, " JUST DO IT ".... They never meant, " BEAT THE CRAP OUT OF YOUR LOVED ONES.. BUT WEAR OUR GEAR"

@Zilya777: Nike is on the NFLs payroll....all gear worn on the field has to be NIKE.....RG3s "Know Jesus, Know Peace" t-shirt had to be turned inside out at an NFL press conference because it wasnt a NIKE logo....or so they say ;-)

@Zilya777: Heres the story.....

"" NFL reportedly tells Redskins’ RG3
to remove ‘Know Jesus, Know
Peace’ T-shirt

A uniform inspector from the NFL reportedly
told Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III
that he could not wear his "Know Jesus, Know
Peace" T-shirt during a Sunday post-game
press conference.
Michael Phillips, a reporter from The
Richmond Times-Dispatch, posted on Twitter
that an NFL uniform inspector made the
quarterback, known as RG3, turn the shirt
inside out before the press conference. The
reason: it was not a Nike product, Phillips
reported.
CSN Washington reported that a Redskins
spokesperson denied reports that RG3 was
forced to flip the shirt by the NFL. The
spokesperson said RG3 flipped the shirt on
his own to avoid a possible fine. CSN cites
NFL bylaws that state a player cannot wear
clothing that sends a personal message on
game days. Griffin has reportedly been fined in
the past for wearing Adidas gear on game
days.""

Its trickling down to the college game lol....

"" TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) — Jameis Winston
will be a spectator in the first half of Florida
State's showdown against Clemson Saturday
after making "offensive and vulgar" comments
about women — the latest embarrassment in
a growing list of poor decisions off the field.
Florida State interim President Dr. Garnett S.
Stokes and athletic director Stan Wilcox
announced in a joint statement Wednesday
that the quarterback also will undergo
internal discipline, but did not provide details
of the punishment.
Several students tweeted Winston stood on
campus Tuesday and shouted a lascivious
comment about female anatomy that may
have derived from an internet meme.
The 20-year-old Winston addressed his
inappropriate comments before Wednesday's
practice at his weekly press conference,
saying: "I have to tone it down."""

You know youre in the national spotlight from your child abuse case, out on bond and you decide to light up....Gotdamn AP, you dumb lol

""Prosecutors in Montgomery County, Texas, have
filed paperwork to have Adrian Peterson's bail
revoked and the Minnesota Vikings running back
re-arrested after he told a drug tester that he had
recently smoked marijuana before taking a
urinalysis test Wednesday.
According to the filing signed by Bill Delmore, the
Assistant District Attorney for the state of Texas,
Peterson admitted to the worker that he had
"smoked a little weed" before the test. Not taking
any illegal drugs are common terms to adhere to
when out on bond.
"In light of this statement, and the fact that it was
made during the urinalysis testing process, and
the term 'weed' is a common slang term for
marijuana, the state argues that the defendant
has smoked marijuana while on bond,'' the district
attorney's office wrote.
Peterson has been free on $15,000 bond on a
charge of felony child abuse. A trial has
tentatively been set to begin Dec. 1.""
