Its just hard to think positive of it when im at work getting beat up by a client cuz my coworkers are smoking out back. Or so high they cant help me. Im sure thats not every smoker but its all i see.
I totally agree because it does affect different people in different ways. Some people will argue the fact that they can work or think better while high. I think there are certain things you can do better while high just because of what it does to your brain. But if it were legalized it should be treated the same as alcohol-no driving while high, not legal for minors, and a reason for dismissal if your employer does not allow you to come to work high. The last one only because there are some jobs where it would actually be beneficial if your employees were high:)lol:) how to know if they currently high or smoked one 6 hours before work? They have a THC breathalizer-it measures how much is in your system at that moment so you can tell if they were actually high or not:)

If they do legalize it we would be paying more for it them what we are already an the government would regulate the T H C in it so we wouldn't be getting the same stuff as we do now

@HiEnergy: Thats very likely to happen, but for medical reasons only. The plus side is, if you decide to ignore the regulation, the penalty for that would be way less severe than even what they are hittin people with now for selling it:)

I would agree. So why don't they just leave us pot heads alone, an for the other statement of how it effects people. Yes some people should not smoke it cause it makes them stupid

@HiEnergy: same as alcohol-some people should never ever drink! lol but there are others who can socialize better after drinking and enjoy the buzz:)

Question by reddit user marzieus2101.
mk, lots of posts about this topic...not going to read them all lol But, Yes! I would support it becoming legal if it held those conditions and were laws regulating it. It should also have an age limit. I am not a smoker of it and can't say if I'd ever try it or not later down the road in my life. However, it would change the nature of its reputation as a street drug which I would find as a relief. It would also change the nature for street distributors. I wish there could be more done about other street drugs and guns associated with them also without having to legalize everything. This would be a good start though.

well i dont really care one way or the other but if it were to be it should be distributed by the gov. the proceeds used to run it instead of continually taxing the hell out of ppl and businesses the money would then be taken out of the hands of criminals and drug lords which is a plus also taxing ppl n business is counter productive they just have less money to create jobs and hire ppl itr a downward spiral
