i have for years been able to see ppl i have ever meet in dreams. A doctor said i must have spiecal powers. Later on i talked to my cousin n found out her sister did the same thing. Ghost r made of energy. They dont need to touch the ground. After my baby girl dead, i saw my daddy n he spoke to me. So there r diff points that can b said but no reason to fight or put someone down it what the beleive in. :hug:

@Hawkeye58: just to inlighten you. Evil Spirits can take the form of any thing the person feels comfortable with, so they can take the form of any animal, child or even look like someone you knew. Spirits doesn't only come out at night, they are around any time of the day and night. The usualy goes back to a place of comfort, be it a pub, house, park or store. Some will apear around the time they died. Many spirits don't know they are not alive anymore, so they go on with the lives they had. Some relive their last moments over and over again. A spirit is not bound by a body, so yes they can move furniture, and even start fires. They can do great harm to people when provoked, hitting, scratching, joking and even pick you up off the floor. A Spirit is nothing more than a soul without a body. And just because you don't see them, doesn't meen they are not around. But it doesn't meen that everything that goes bump in the night is a spirit.

And you can unequivocally prove that how? Folklore and fairytales don't prove anything.

Did you know its a law in America, England and South Africa, that upon buying a house or property, the previous owner should declare if there was some one murdered, or if the house is haunted? The thing is, you should never bash some one elses believes just because you can't see your way around believing it. Its always good to have an open mind about everything around you. I'm never going to try and force my believes on someone, but I would like them to respect my opinion enough not to poke fun at it. Where I come from, people put their beds on bricks, because they believe in a Tokoloshe. Their believe in him makes him real for them, so who am I to laugh it off.
