Yep yep yep! I have a giant bowl with lid that I keep my flour in and just make my biscuit dough in it each time just like my grandma did...ppl see me doing it that way and think I'm crazy...

@WalkSoftly1: for sure hard to fine people that make real biscuits anymore.

I carry my bowl with me to deer camp and make em in a dutch oven over the fire every morning with fried venison....think that's why the men let me go with em! Hehe...I ain't above bribes to get what I want!

Grew up between Oklahoma and Louisiana....I'm a cajun okie, definitely raised in the 'south'!
