@DrStrangeluv: Hmm where iam from u can go in a bar and have a drink when u r 15 years of age its not forbidden most kids go 2 play pool games or just meet there and have soda there is way less alcoholism or drunk driving than here i think because u have 2 b 21 in order 2 drink there is more underage drinking and drunk related accidents cuz they r not allowed 2 have a drink or a beer its more dareing for them that way!! Idk different country different culture !!! Hope it made a lil sense what i said its kinda hard 4 me 2 get my point across iam writing a book lol oh and ur licence u dont get till ur 18 years old and its a lot harder 2 make than over here!!
