(Admin)If I'm not mistaken, almost every single mobile phone on the planet can send SMS/text messages, so this isn't an issue with your phones, it's an issue with your mobile plan and whether it allows to send SMS/text message to our number. If you are in the US and your mobile plan allows you to send SMS/text message, then this should definitely be working. If not, then double-check you are sending the correct code to the correct number. If you are outside the US, then we cannot guarantee it, but we provide two numbers for you to send your code, so if your mobile plan allows you to send International SMS, then it will most likely work.
