@ScoobyDoobie: So do I... I found this one and had to dig into finding out more about him. What a life he must have lived!
@megsy89: I love to listen to older folks stories-the last guy I took care of was 84 when he passed away..he'd been in air force, was an ambulance driver, worked for the highway..all this AFTER he lost his arm..amazing people these old guys! : )
@ScoobyDoobie: yes! Al (moms dad), was in the Army and he tells stories all the time of the time he spent in Japan (This would have been some time between 1950 to 55... give or take remembering his age right lol)
