Do you think it's effective ?

How about exposing them scammers illegal activities ? Their informations ? Do you think it is more effective than spreading awareness ? Since a lot of people / victims are doing awareness campaign ..IMHO

@Rainbowbutterfly: i think the major causes why people are still falling its becos they are not awear of it. Pulications still have to be part of the process of eradicating it permanently. I think

@coinong: So how can you spread awareness worldwide ?

Why not sweep at your own backyard ?

I don't like to throw blanket statement about Nigeria and Nigerians . Somehow, I understand how frustrated they are ( I'm referring to good Nigerians) when they feel rejected and neglected in most dating sites . A wild wild west form of government is difficult and I'm sure you know that money rules in most deprived countries .

Some of good Nigerians would like also to explore/ experience the wonders of virtual dating just like all of us BUT it's very risky and difficult to filter good from evil Nigerians because them scammers move very subtle and clever ....

It may also a kind of " drama " to get attention ....

IMHO

very well said sissy and i agree.

@James2112: I get that hearing people continually playing dumb by saying ''whats wrong with us Nigerians'' gets old after hearing it over & over, but then I try to imagine myself stuck in a totally corrupt country, surrounded by criminals, and just trying to find someone decent to talk to and maybe meet! The frustration level I imagine, would be nearly overwelming!

I appreciate Rainbow and Hawkeye for being objective, respectful and not whining. Well said, both of you.

I was just stating my opinion hawkeye. I've also put myself in their shoes but it still didn't make sense to me to keep asking why over and over again. Even if I was a Nigerian I'd find that tiresome and start looking for some way to take care of it. And are u saying I'm whining alynn? Lol
