Well I've never sent a message out directly to someone......i've only gotten them....and of course I reply to say i'm not interested but if they're rude I just block/delete the message/report them.....but idk why people do that sorry it's happened to you.

Exactly. I have NEVER not messaged a guy because of his looks. If a guy messages me and is being nice, I respond, no matter what he looks like. And to lump all women on here in the shallow category isn't fair. Some people may think this is weird, but I actually get annoyed when guys message me with "you're sooo cute" and "hey sexy." Actually having something to talk about, or noticing something in my profile is what impresses me, not a guy constantly talking about looks. And I understand confidence doesn't happen overnight, but at least ACT confident and be yourself - trust me, that counts for a lot.

Keep at it and keep trying different things till ya find what works best at getting a response! Being yourself and a little humor can go a long way! And try checking out some websites that offer advice on getting more replies on dating sites.
